Located within the Gbawe Cluster of Schools, this library was built and opened in 2016. The building is 2,000 sq. ft. and houses nearly 14,000 books. Over 7,000 students and their families have access to this library.
In November of 1951, Samantha’s grandfather built a schoolhouse for the Asuodei community because he believed that every child deserves the right to education. In 2017, in honor of the 10-year anniversary of his death, Read 2 Lead built a library for that same community, remembering his commitment to education and empowerment.
