Join Us By Becoming a Team Player.

The effectiveness of Read 2 Lead is based on collaboration; each and everyone understands the skills and talents that fit in the area of the team members. The adequacy of our gift is understanding the role, the vision and to contribute to the team's success to building generation of readers. The team functions as a source to providing morale support to the library; we use each person's complementary skill to plan for outreach and every member in the team’s part is equally valid. The team has developed strategy problem solving and conflict management in the situation where collecting books, and donation become impediment.

The team share the Organization Mission and Vision to help build a community of people to work together and create enthusiasm in the love of reading. Everyone uses their own abilities to work toward a common goal, and the result has always been greater than the efforts of a single person. Our team is strong and our common goal comes before our individual preferences and interests of the members. The purpose of this goal also helps us to contribute to a smooth operation. In Read 2 Lead, we are capable of solving systemic problems and resolving issues by determining what is best for the team and the reader.

“Encourage the Love of Reading by Raising a Generation of Learners to become Leaders. Ignite, spark and flame the love of Reading”
